The Igtuble People Strings Band is a traditional music group from Tubungan, Iloilo, made up of Indigenous musicians who preserve and perform cultural songs and dances. The group was revived in 2007 by Chieftain Recto Taghap, who gathered musicians from Igtuble and nearby villages to bring back sayaw music, which had faded due to modern influences. Precioso Tueres grew up working on farms in Tubungan but discovered his talent for art and fashion during high school by sketching and sewing dresses for friends.
