Susanito Sarnate, born on December 27, 1967, in La Carlota City, showed artistic talent from a young age, influenced by his father who was also a craftsman. As a child, he began modeling clay figures and later explored painting, bamboo craft, and handmade decorations during high school. He studied Fine Arts for two years and later worked in a ceramic factory before deciding to become a full-time artist in 2000.
