The Laura Vicuña Women Development and Training Center (LVWDTC) in Hacienda Malihao, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, was established in 1999 to empower women and youth, especially those from marginalized communities, through skills training and education. The center, inspired by Blessed Laura Vicuña, offers technical-vocational programs such as Bookkeeping, Hotel and Restaurant Services, Garment Technology, and other dual training opportunities to improve employability and economic independence.
