The Pandan Central School Gabaldon Building, constructed in 1938, is a public school building located in Pandan, Antique, and is recognized as important cultural heritage under Philippine law. It has a U-shaped design with ten rooms, native hardwood floors, and capiz shell windows that help control sunlight and ventilation. The Gabaldon Building of Anini-y Central School in Antique was constructed in 1935 and is now 86 years old, serving educational purposes. Its design combines traditional Filipino architecture like bahay kubo and bahay na bato with American influences, featuring raised floors, Capiz windows, and concrete stilts for ventilation and durability. Originally used by early students and later adapted for different school functions, it was renovated in 2018 by the Department of Education with guidance from the National Historical Commission. The Gabaldon building at Aguilar Elementary School in Guimaras was constructed between 1932 and 1936 under the Gabaldon Law. The building served as the first public school in the municipality of San Lorenzo as a primary school, then turned into a multipurpose hall, even as an evacuation center during Typhoon Ruping in 1990. Over time, the building deteriorated due to natural wear, termites, and typhoon damage, with the roof and wooden floors having collapsed in 2008.
