Ishmael B. Orillos Farm School in Sapian, Capiz, started in 2001 as an extension of Sapian National High School to help students from low-income families access education closer to home. It became independent in 2005, later renamed to honor the land donor, and in 2021 adopted a farm school program to teach students practical skills in agriculture and aquaculture.
