Noel R. Calimpong, born in 1944 in Dumarao, Capiz, excelled academically and earned scholarships to study at prestigious schools, including the University of the Philippines Iloilo. He graduated with honors from St. Pius X Seminary and later earned a Master’s degree in Teaching from the University of San Agustin. 1945 DECLARATION OF REAL PROPERTY OF THE MUNICIPAL ASSESSOR’S OFFICE OF DUMARAO

Pandang-Pandang is a traditional courtship dance of the Ati community in Dumarao, Capiz, where male and female dancers mimic birds’ movements to express flirtation and affection.
