Susan Laboriante Pacheo, born on December 3, 1960, is a tourism officer in the municipality of Dueñas, known and credited for her contributions in advocating for the town’s cultural heritage, particularly the loom weaving industry. She was a graduate of Dueñas Comprehensive High School in 1977, pursued her undergraduate degree and Master’s in Economics at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She authored History of Dueñas: Facts and Folklores, and is credited as the composer of several local songs including the Dueñas Municipal Hymn. Her work in promoting loom weaving has empowered local artisans and contributed to the economic and community development of Dueñas.
