Susan Laboriante Pacheo, born on December 3, 1960, in Parañaque, Rizal, has contributed to the preservation of Dueñas’ cultural heritage and the development of the loom weaving industry in Dueñas. After graduating as valedictorian from Dueñas Comprehensive High School in 1977, she pursued a degree in Economics at UP Diliman, while also being a working student to support her education, eventually earning her Master’s in Economics in 1992.
