Prof. Martin Genodepa, Ana Razel Ramirez, and Ma. Lissandrine Espartero of the University of the Philippines – Visayas met with Gov. Bong Lacson at the Capitol, today, to discuss agreements related to the cultural mapping project in the province, which is a tool for community engagement and sustainability.
UPV was tapped by the Office of Senate President Pro Tempore Loren Legarda to lead the cultural mapping of Panay, Guimaras, and Negros Occidental, as a response to the Cultural Mapping Law signed in August 2023.
